Scotland update: sister of axe girl hospitalized

I’ve never heard of a child molester taking his wife out to do the deed.

In California, we had the case of Jaycee Dugard, an eleven-year-old girl who was abducted from a street while walking to a school bus stop in 1991. She was abducted by Phillip Garrido and his wife Nancy in 1991 and caught in 2009 after Phillip tried to enroll Jaycee's two daughters from repeated rapes into college.

Now you can't say that you never heard of it anymore.

In this case, Homolka was not with Bernardo when the girls she was involved in were abducted. According to sites I saw she invited a 15 year old girl she had met at a pet store convention to her home where she drugged her with valium for Bernardo to do his thing. Bernardo worked with college friends to do his work and it was in bars and at parties where the girls were drugged. She helped, but was never with him when he was doing his deeds. She helped with one using the invite to their home and was given a lower sentence through a plea. But yeah, she was part of it.

And if they were out for a walk, then it is most likely they weren’t planning an abduction. And by recording it on video, they weren’t going to attempt anything.

Authorities in Scotland are continuing their search for two young sisters who were last seen at a local shopping mall earlier this week.
Ruby Moir, 13, and her 12-year-old sister, Lola Moir, were last spotted at the Wellgate Shopping Centre in Dundee, Scotland on Tuesday, July 29. According to police, the girls—who are known to frequent the mall—were last seen around 5 p.m. local time and have not been heard from since.
While the sisters are not believed to have access to a cellphone, investigators say they may have a bus pass and a small amount of cash with them. “Police Scotland are appealing for information regarding Ruby Moir, aged 13, who has been reported missing from the Dundee area,” authorities said in a statement released Wednesday.
Ruby is described as white, of slim build, approximately 4 feet 10 inches tall, with long black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black jacket, orange shorts, and white Crocs.
“Police are growing increasingly concerned for Ruby’s welfare,” the statement added.
Authorities also issued a missing person report for Lola, describing her as white, of slim build, about 5 feet 2 inches tall, with long black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue Nike T-shirt and light blue jeans with ripped knees.
“Lola regularly frequents the town centre in Dundee,” the statement noted, adding that officials are also concerned for her wellbeing.
A request for comment from Wellgate Shopping Centre was not immediately returned.

Note that Lola was wearing the same clothes in the "Bulgarian's" video.

It's entirely possible they were his kidnap victims and had just escaped.

If so, it's quite reasonable that their first thought would be get something, anything, to defend themselves.

After that the man's sister came around the corner and physically attacked ruby(the older sister) she grabbed her hair dragged her to the floor started to punch her then both the man and woman where kicking her in head while she was on the floor. At this point my daughter (mayah) called the police so my daughters account after that is all abit blurry. But that is when lola had the weapons she pulled them out to protect ruby. After that the man came back at lola recording her making sure she showed the weapons to the camera and antagonising her. Ruby was hospitalised after the attack with a severe concussion a tennis ball sized lump to the back of her head as well as lots of bruises.">

Thoughts and prayers for the victims....Loser cultures kick people in the head when they're down hoping for brain damage. These folks need to go home to the hellhole they came from... where they and their tactics are 'at home'...

It disturbs me to try to picture children carrying weapons. Remember, she is 14 years old and there is still nothing in the tape that indicates a physical threat to her. The only physical threat contained in the video that displayed an obvious threat was from her.

In the US and subject to limited exceptions, federal law prohibits the possession (unlawful for a person to sell, deliver or otherwise transfer to a person who the transferor knows or has reasonable cause to believe is a juvenile) of a handgun or handgun ammunition by any person under the age of 18 with 18 U.S.C. § 922(x)(2). (And the exceptions are in 18 U.S.C. § 922(x)(3) which is about manufacturing and sales which has no age involved)

So I’m not sure if I want a 14 year old girl to possess a deadly weapon when she has displayed an insecure need in her mind to unveil or threaten to use. She didn’t need it but felt the necessity to approach and threaten with it. 14 is too young for legal possession in cases like hers. This is why the law limits it to 18.

Myself, I think 16 might be a little more in line with maturity to possess. The law considers being able to pilot a car in line so is that much different from the responsibility of possessing a weapon?
