I wonder if the bunny rabbits growing horns because of a spreading papilloma virus we are hearing about recently and warned not to touch are evidence of their success. I agree that "informed consent" is a bedrock right in America. Anyone and everyone involved in spreading infectious contagions among the population without their individual informed consents should be hung by the neck until dead publicly.
