In other words this guy is nuts.
I saw another article this morning on this subject but didn’t read this one. I am beyond exhausted and will read it later. (post op issues, migraine and I have company)

What was hypothesized is because it will go behind the sun, that is where it could (COULD) do a reverse braking procedure and come back towards earth. The issue being behind the sun we cant tell what it does, and also because of if it comes back towards us it will be very hard to spot because the sun will mask it.
I’m not saying it will do that. The paper seems to be a worst case scenario type, even the author says it probably isn’t.
Keep in mind that essentially the whole encounter happens when the earth is on the opposite side of the sun.

Actually, this was the article I read earlier today.
So, not sure why you would comment about what I wrote - it was speculated a while back that the DS would fake an invasion to bring such fear that we would agree to anything they want.
So, whatever, little treasure, I did read the article. And now people will be freaking out that something is coming our way to cause us harm. We have a while to build up incredible fear and a feeling of helplessness.
Or hopefully after.
It was predicted decades ago that an “alien threat” would be brought out as a way to maintain order on earth. I’m not buying it.
It is my considered opinion that if aliens are on board they will lock their car doors as they pass by.
It will be like the episode of The Twilight Zone where the Venusian fleet coming to attack Earth gets wiped out by the Martian fleet coming to attack Earth. The aliens that are already here will take that sucker out.
Lol.
Loved that episode. William Windom overacted (compared to William Shatner) but still was a good one.
