That was my first thought too. But Dima has a good point as it looks like what the Neocons did to rig the Moldova election recently - where they only allowed those expats in the EU to vote, and needless to say, they voted ‘correctly’.

You’re welcome, not sure why the other guy had so much trouble with it...seems to explain everything that’s wrong with our government.
My point stands. There are no true Neocons remaining in the Republican party. No one is interested in exporting "democracy" to backward, savage countries. The actual problem now within the Republican party are those who would withdraw from the world. The Isolationists. They are the true enemy.
