“Oil of oregano kills norovirus”
Bleach work d better.
I went to a high school in the black section of Rochester, NY. I graduated in 1965. The black kids at the school were very well behaved, well dressed, and many better scholars than us white kids. I don’t remember any fights or brawls taking place. Our senior year, our class valedictorian was black and a classy guy. He published the school newspaper. He was among other blacks who were members of the National Honor Society. I was co-Captain of the cheersquad. Our Captain was black. I lost to her in an election for the position. Of course I was disappointed, but I never let it affect my relationship with anyone. In all the five years I spent at that school, I never had a bad word with any of the other students. You never worried about walking the halls. We all went to the same proms. We had the best football team. Were City Champs for two years in a row with both black and white players. Our basketball team was all black with one white guy, and we were good. We all got along together, even after the race riots in Rochester in 1964. They were never even mentioned among us afterwards. I don’t know what happened in the years after I graduated. The world went crazy and it hasn’t gotten any better.
“if norovirus starts spreading in your area, its good to take as a preventative...”
No evidence to support that.
Thanks, I'll remember that.
take some (bleach) and let me know how it works out for you....
“take some (bleach) and let me know how it works out for you....”
We use bleach wipes. Work great.
Thanks for posting a link showing I an correct on both counts!
“but there’s no evidence it can do so inside your body, scientists say. “
“So, oregano oil’s nowhere near as effective as bleach. “

LOL- wrong- again...learn to read...
“Turns out oregano oil cut virus numbers by 10-fold.”
The whole quote:
Turns out oregano oil cut virus numbers by 10-fold. Carvacrol: 10,000-fold. In comparison, bleach achieves a million-fold reduction.
You can throw Bubba Clinton in there too.
Thanks for proving my post
1Grow up. You are being juvenile.
LOL- learn to read and stop being an illiterate...
and btw- you can get oil of oregano with Carvacrol
;-)
Actually, a cruise can be a lot of fun.
On my most recent cruise, we went through the Panama Canal. Everyone was very excited to see the canal—even crew members were out taking pictures and capturing the moment. We saw a cargo ship going the other direction and its crew was out on deck, waving to us and taking our pictures.
We also had stops in Columbia, Panama, Guatemala, and Mexico, where we took tours and learned about the local cultures. This is where I found out that if I get lost in a Spanish-speaking country, I’ll be able to get by on my pathetic Spanish.
On sea days, there are plenty of activities to choose from. Live shows, movies, trivia, educational lectures, lounging at the pool—there is so much to do!
My next cruise is going to begin and end in Southhampton, UK. We’ll visit ports in Spain and Portugal, but the highlight will be the solar eclipse on Aug. 12, 2026.
Some people cruise for the sea days and the activities on board the ship. Others cruise for the port calls and tours of interesting places.
I’ll admit that there was a time when cruises did not sound appealing at all. But now that I’ve tried it (five times now), I have learned that they are very worthwhile.
My first cruise was on Carnival back in 2005. My most recent cruises, between 2022 and 2025 were on Royal Caribbean. I do prefer Royal Caribbean.
Banning The Wobble?
"Black cultural expression" ... like "blacks behaving badly.
It appears Carnival Cruise Lines doesn't want to be the Section 8 of the cruise industry.
Black Fatigue is Real.
