Back when smartphones first came out, someone made an app to warn drivers about DUI checkpoints. That was quickly taken down,. You can get in trouble just for flashing your lights to warn an oncoming car about a cop you just passed. How is the ICE app not illegal, and why haven’t they taken it down?
