Sounds like the initiation for another front of lawfare to get started. Make an accusation about "conditions" - the media takes that bone and runs with it claiming an "outraged public demands action" then judges start swinging their gavels around.

Harsh conditions like the pillow cases aren’t clean? No napkins with their meals? That kind of “harshness”? They should be in solitary confinement on a diet of bread and water in my view.
