This was in Newark, NJ. There was video evidence so her probability of conviction is still 0%.

A unanimous vote is not required among grand jurors.
13 out of 24, as in a simple majority, would do it.

These are federal charges in the Newark federal court district, which includes the entire north end of the state.

As per Alan Dershowitz, given the venue, and certain characteristics of the accused, if this goes to trial, the possibility of jury nullification must be taken seriously.

I hope she gets jail, a certain population needs to understand they are not above the law.

Lock her ghettopottamus ass up, as a message to all.
But in that venue, I have my doubts about justice being served.

Good. Lock her up. She needs to learn her actions have consequences, whether in this life or the next.

These are federal charges in the Newark federal court district, which includes the entire north end of the state. I have spent much time doing engineering work with a company in Northern New Jersey (near Patterson). I have little confidence that the jury pool selection won't be rigged. And even if a grand jury were to vote for indictment, I would expect a judge to dismiss the charges. I think there is no chance of conviction. We will see.

She won’t do one second in jail. She’s not a republican and she’s not white, so... Exempted.

NJ jurors will be most impressed with her. Yes, she gets a pass.
