They don’t mention he was armed with a pitchfork, that he repeatedly got into violent arguments with neighbors, and even had previous “gunfights” where he and the supposed killer fired multiple shots, apparantly into the air or into their own property.

His “husband” is a woman who self-identifies as a man.

So - no actual homosexuality, long history of violence and of mental illness.
