Blacks are approximately 14% of the population. Take out the half that are women and males under 10 and over 50 and you have about 2-3% committing 65-70% of the armed robberies, rapes and murders.
Remember all those stories about the “super-predators” that were expected to emerge from crack-addicted mothers?
