Fossil fuel oil refineries operate on a portion of the products they produce.
Ethanol plants can not do that, they must import fossil fuels into the process because ethanol does not have enough BTU to self sustain the process.
End of argument.
All pure gas is not pure and it is not available everywhere. You can always go to local airport and buy avgas if you can't find it anywhere else. Locals here call it clear gas which I guess is what we used to call white gas.
You actually get less miles per gallon so it requires you to burn more.
You’ll get no argument from me, but you didn’t debunk my point. The fullness of time will prove me right or wrong. P.S. I’m no fan of ethanol in gasoline as a mandate.

You gotta find the right station. Some sell it at the pump but many don't.
Perhaps he will keep Andy Jackson on the $20, too …

Heck... who needs 15% more miles per gallon and an engine and hoses that won’t fail.
Someone else sent me a link in this thread. Only 3 stations in a city of 500,000 people.
Wow...I live in a much smaller place and have two within a couple of miles. But it's rural and so lots of small engine stuff going on plus rec vehicles.
None of the 3 are anywhere near me. I use an electric lawnmower so its not as big a deal.
