Coffee appears to help older people be less likely to become frail, which is a condition that often proceeds death.

I don’t want to argue that correlation does not equal causation, but one thing that ALWAYS precedes death - life.

Nobody drinks a 125ml cup of coffee (4.2oz). This is effectively 2-3 cups per day, not 4-6.

Breaking! New research conducted by a superannuated individual who shall go unnamed shows that coffee helps you get going in the morning, and that it’s great when friends get together to talk, and for a mood boost in the afternoon.
This research cost the taxpayers nothing.

Exercise and strength training reduces the risk of frailty ... nothing else.
Pills and coffee and supplements aren't going to do it. You have to put in the work.

Amen.
These people looking for an easy health fix in a pill are just lazy and deluded.

Yeah, I fill the coffeemaker to the six-cup line, which makes two not-very-big cups.
