Basically yes, but no longer can YOU be the source of the key/password. It will now be completely dependent on a second digital device as the only source for that key. You cannot personally just enter it from your own mind into a text field. It will absolutely have to come digitally from a second electronic device or forget it, you are locked out.

A password with text or phone call to you is secure. No need for Bitlocker (encrypts your files), Recall (takes snapshots of your every move).
