He’s out.
The board is all there is to gut from what I’ve seen of the place. It’s across and down 23rd St from the State Dept at Constitution Ave. I’ve never seen anyone go in or out of the “Institute of Peace” building.
Whew, I was getting worried that I might go an entire day without seeing “gut” or “gutted” in a headline.
I suspect that its workers are intel agents spread out across the globe, destabilizing various countries etc. and just ‘phoning home’ to get more funds.
bttt
I think (not sure) there was a chief of police somewhere named Moose
who got some TV time associated with snipers or some multiple shootings.
That was the Chief of Police in DC when the DC SNIPER case was going on. RELATED?
I think he was chief in Montgomery county, Maryland
As I recall frI’m listening to Rush, the Clinton admin did pretty much nothing to stop the Rwandan genocide.
Ah...that is the guy I was thinking of.
Looks from this guy’s bio they are unrelated.
What wars have they ended? I'd like to see the list.
In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled Trump administration guts board of Institute of Peace , piasa wrote: As I recall frI’m listening to Rush, the Clinton admin did pretty much nothing to stop the Rwandan genocide.
I recall Rwanda as an unmitigated blood bath but couldn't recall details so I looked it up. Mostly lefty sources, but here's Clinton's 'leadership':
Never Again: Revisiting the 1994 Rwandan Genocide
Written By Collin Woldthttp://www.cpreview.org/articles/2021/6/never-again-revisiting-the-1994-rwandan-genocide
"President Bill Clinton arrived in Rwanda in 1998 with weight on his shoulders, just four years after his administration failed to recognize the situation in Rwanda for what it was: an ethnic genocide. In 1959, the Hutus overthrew the Tutsi monarchy, leading to thousands of Tutsi fleeing to neighboring countries....

After an extended period of conflict between the two sides, a peace deal was signed in 1993. However, less than a year later, on April 6th, 1994, a plane carrying then-President Juvenal Habyarimana and his Burundi counterpart was shot down—killing everyone on board.

What happened next is nearly impossible to comprehend: a 100-day spree where militias from the Hutu tribe brutally killed innocent members of the minority Tutsi tribe. Across the country, the slaughter occurred in plain sight and with vicious precision, while both the UN and Belgium had forces stationed in Rwanda. Hutu men killed their Tutsi wives. Priests slaughtered innocent Tutsi men and women in the very churches in which they sought refuge. Both UN peacekeepers and Belgian forces, fearing Hutu aggression, pulled out of the country.

The U.S., paralyzed by the recently failed “Black Hawk Down'' incident in Somalia, was hesitant to get involved in another conflict in Africa. In all, between 800,000 and one million people were slaughtered while the United States, and the world, did nothing.

ransomnote: With what I have since learned about the UN, I think it's likely the deep state couldn't control the Tutsi tribal government so they, with Clinton among them, overthrew the nation and installed the Hutus. The UN, as I now realize, is the 'friendly face of coup' and Clinton(s) usually got invovled if there was money in it somehow (foreign aid?)
and we have cooked his goose!
