I never saw Joe shaking. But perhaps he had some days, where his hands shook so much that he could not hold a pen. Not even with fake Doc Jill helping him. Or some days he was so blotto-befuddled, that he could not hold a pen.

Exactly, she drove and drove and then drove him. When Obama was reported to have said “You don’t have to do this Joe”, it is easy to infer that Joe didn’t have the “fire in the belly”. It is hard to tell a man, that his wife is the one with the burning desire. She was in his face day after day with “YOU OWE ME THIS MUCH” types of commands. I knew it from day one, she was the one holding the leash.
