Interesting, but it might just be a clarification for legal purposes.

Interesting, but it might just be a clarification for legal purposes. Worthless unnamed sources from Polutico.
And I doubt Musk was ever "in charge" of all the departments.

Of course. Politico is just trying to put their own spin on it.

Well technically that is the case, Elon is there to make recommendations but its up to Congress to put it into law..everything that DOGE finds its up to Congress to give us back the money that DOGE is finding. Trump said so himself on numerous occasions

Musk has always said that he finds stuff and makes recommendations.
To: Miami Rebel
Bullshit
Musk him self said the same thing a week ago on Joe Rogan’s podcast
So once again Politico or their “unnamed sources” are lying.

sounds like bullshit to me ... only the President and the Cabinet/Department heads can actually fire people ...
DOGE is an auditor; auditor make recommendations to management ... management decides what, if anything, to do with said recommendations ...

Musk has always said that DOGE makes recommendations and Trump and the department heads choose to make those changes, layoffs, etc.

In other news Trump is planning to abolish The Department of Education and cut 65% of the workers at The EPA and 45,000 at The IRS.
To: Miami Rebel
You all know Politico is paid by democrats to bring division among our side. They always distort things and this is a good example.
