Uggh, long way to gop,then- thanks for crunching the numbers- I never wax good at math. I think they only have a certain number of days to get them too if I recall?
The 100k requirement is a tall order—particularly since the Republican parts of Maine are more exurban and rural and harder to canvass.
i don’t know how old this is- maybe it’s changed?
RECALL
§ 1301. Recall; grounds for recall
This a proposed bill that died in committee in 2017. It comes up in Google searches on recall because you are one of 1,000s that have clicked on it thinking it was the holy grail. I have had to correct two people in Maine who cited this. Google does not know better.
22,000 signatures
Isn’t that close to the population of Maine? ;-D
No, the population of Maine is 1.4 million.
I will repeat here again. THERE IS NO RECALL PROVSION IN MAINE.
This symbolic.
Thanks for clarifying that.
I guess my math was wasted.
:-)
I didn’t click,on it thinking it was the holy grail, i didn’t know if it was in effect or not. But thank you for pointing out that there is no recall in Maine. Sadly the state is stuck with a gov who has violated her oath by protecting a minority group to,the exclusion and danger of the majority.
They probably didn't.
You can pretty much assume any town that has a RAT election clerk will steal every election. Once that pattern has been established, it's pretty hard to eradicate. The Maine legislature has been RAT majority since about 1974.(with brief exceptions including LePage)
They will vote every dead person, and every registered voter that doesn't show up, will be voted RAT.
They vote as a bloc to oppose any election reform legislation. Why, because then they won't be able to cheat.
Trannies? I'm convince every RAT is a pervert or has someone close to them who is. Why else would they party-line vote to oppose each and every "sex-offender reform" bill?
