Bryan Freeman is Justin Baldoni’s lawyer. Freeman has repped Perez Hilton and Megyn Kelly in the past. Megyn got hooked to the story upon Freeman’s hiring and had him on her show as a guest. He could only share so much.

Perez talked about being repped by Freeman but doesn’t seem to be in communication with him even on an acquaintance level. All his coverage is based on stories pre-released by other news outlets.

Any cursory overview of the timeline between film’s release and the organic build-up of bad press for Blake would preclude Candace. She was kind of late to the story.

Update. And this is about far more than Lively and Reynolds, isn't it.

Disney, cat got your tongue...?

Blake Lively Attacks Mostly Female Content Creators with Trump-like Subpoenas Blake Lively is married to one of the most powerful men in Hollywood, and she's coming for the rights of female content creators with subpoenas for their bank info, contacts, locations and more.

Blake Lively Wants Names and IP Addresses From hobbyist astrologers to mid-tier YouTubers, anyone who speculated too freely is now being treated like a digital accomplice to coordinated defamation.

This is another front on war on the First Amendment.

Oh, boy...

Is Blake Lively Targeting a YouTuber Over Her Justin Baldoni Lawsuit? Content Creator Fights Back in Court

This has got me thinking...

Given the major suck at the box office this summer, maybe there's an additional reason for Hollyweird's was on small content creators...

Censorship can serve many purposes, can't it...

Kjersti Flaa just uploaded her latest update a fee minutes ago. One of her most raw and personal glimpses yet into how this is all playing out in real time, and having real life consequences.

Looks more than just the one subpoena has been withdrawn...

Too late, Hollyweird.

You can’t unring a bell.

Unfortunately, I believe more content creators will be inspired to ‘tread lightly’ and fall in line rather than risk loss of livelihood. So the intimidation is effective.
