There was an article here a while ago about Elderberry having a great influence on gut health. I’ve been adding a tablespoon of concentrated Elderberry to my Fage yogurt. Don’t know if it works but it sure tastes good.

Interesting. Eating Bifidobacterium in yogurt and probiotics will suppress Bifidobacterium-positive tumor growth. Rather curious.

I remember that commercial, I was 27 at the time and had just eaten Dannon vanilla yogurt for the first time a year or so previously. Wish I could still find Dannon yogurt with real peaches on the bottom instead of the pre-mixed varieties around now.
