Thanks - I was not aware of that.
I do recall that the British were combating slavery and slave trading inside Kenya during the pre- and post-World War One period.

How about the slavery that goes on RIGHT NOW in the Middle East and Africa?
UK paid their dues generations ago. No one alive today should be held responsible for the slave trade 160 years ago.

Yep. Kenya, Zanzibar, and the Sudan. The slavers in Sudan were a big part of the Mahdist armies.
