Caterpillar 793D truck:
Weight around 334,000 lb empty, 846,000 lb loaded to rated capacity (usually somewhat more in actual operation)
Length 44’7”
Width 26’3”
Height 20’4” (bed not raised)
Really big machines, and not even the largest haul trucks made. They have the right-of-way everywhere in the mine. Very impressive to see one get sideways on a slick ramp.

I’m not really believing the Explorer vs. the Tahoe. Our 2014 Tahoe is built MUCH more heavily throughout than the 2009 Explorer was. CGI, eh?

Best I ever did was 6 lovely young ladies plus me (driving) in a Honda CRX.
No, no, nothing “wild” going on - I was just delivering us all to a picnic.
I didn’t even get a “Thank You” peck. Phooey!

This happened in my hometown. A guy was at a stop light with two lanes. He was in the right hand lane. A flat bed truck loaded with these came up to him in the next lane over but came up to the light too fast and he had to brake too fast. One of them broke loose and flipped on to this car. Just like in the video his car was flattened and he died instantly. Scary thing. You see this being shipped by truck all the time and I keep my distance.

No, cost cars and even heavy-duty trucks will not. 20 tons here twenty tons there and soon enough it gets heavy.
To: medical conservative
You load twenty tons, and what do you get?
Another day older and deeper in debt.
