This is probably the only agency that is worse than USAID. A true partisan Democrat tool.

Rohit Chopra’s empire at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
(CFPB) was destined to crumble under the weight of his excesses.
<><>Chopra ruled the agency as an unaccountable overlord,
<><>brandishing the regulatory hammer
<><>bludgeoning financial institutions into compliance with a progressive economic agenda.
<><>His tenure was a textbook case of administrative state overreach—
<><>punishing businesses, stifling competition,
<><>and reducing consumer choice in the name of “protection.”

Trump, never one to tolerate bureaucratic tyranny, did what any president
committed to free markets and limited government would do: he fired him.

Isn’t this the only agency that keeps so the fees it extracts from companies? IOW, NO $$$ are returned to the Treasury’s ‘General Fund’.

This goes to an umbrella feature that we now experience in every part of life: the collectivists have built a world with no consequences for bad decisions.

We have made a world where Mother Government insulates us from consequences results in people becoming wanton in all of life, because Mother will take care of it.

A man does not work? We give him aid.
A man goes into debt? We pay it for him.
A man becomes an addict? We give him needles and shelter.
A man abandons his children? We feed and house them.

It is a hard thing, but the healthiest thing we can say to people that if they are foolish, they must figure out how to get out of it themselves, or get the help of their own family tree.

“”Watch the squaw scream””

Many moons ago, I dated a pure Native American woman who was very politically incorrect. One day, we are in a very crowded airport baggage claim area/ Customs Area. We get separated, and I eventually yell out one of her favorite nicknames: SQUAW! HEY, SQUAW! Most of the people waiting for their luggage are appalled. Then the Squaw hears me, and waves from across the large area “Here I am, honey!” laughing, happy, and smiling.

She probably despises ‘Senator’ Warren as much as the rest of us.

Thought they were talking about Deepak Chopra for a minute there.

Did you know if Oprah Winfrey had married Deepak Chopra, her name would have been Oprah Chopra?
