Nope, not required.
But I looked and yes, they are who we think they are.
I can tell you from many years working in and overseeing these situations that there is a written program and policies in place to mollify county and guardian concerns but only one out of 20 staff have actually read and understand them and that person is regularly high or drunk while on duty.

Number 1 -— she is NOT a nurse! She is a patient care tech/nurse’s aide/ nursing assistant. Average amount of training -— 6 weeks. As an R.N., I have worked with some amazing nurse’s assistants, but I have also worked with some who were amoral, disgusting people, especially in nursing homes. (But many nursing home staff were excellent).
Would Laz hit it?

My hopes of an ideal nursing home ending in my life have just gone from fantasy to “a little too real”!!
Not likely to be a nurse at the age of 19. An aide.
