They need to concentrate on Murkowski and get her out. She has held to much RINO power.

The others would be tough to primary out, but they can send a message to them. Lankford is a weak conservative that goes where the wind blows. Force him and Linda and Tillis, to sweat it out and work and blow their war chests, just to win.

Look. You can’t beat somebody with nobody. Oklahoma could have nominated the black assembly speaker a dozen years ago but they went with the paleface.
Linda-there’s nobody-fools errand.

Tillis-there’s Lara(again).

Would Kemp, Sununu, or Younkin step up in their respective states? Term limited-they’ll need something to do. My bet is they won’t.

Murkowski-you’ll have to wait. That voting system in Alaska will keep her in after ‘28.

“Points to Lara.”

Lara Trump is not a resident of North Carolina, she is a resident of Florida. North Carolina had the unpleasant experience of Elizabeth Dole (Bob Dole’s wife) being a one term carpetbagger GOP Senator. She used her mother’s home to establish “residence” in the state, she and Bob didn’t even own a home in the state. Once elected, she rarely came to the state, preferring the Washington DC social and political life with her husband at the Watergate in DC to spending time with the citizens of NC.

If Lara and Eric Trump move to the North Carolina, buy a real home, enroll their children in schools in the state, and relocate their businesses to the state, I might. consider voting for her. However if she, like Elizabeth Dole, uses an address of convenience in the state for sham residency, and spends her time in DC, Florida, and New York I have no interest in her representing me.

Elizabeth Dole ran for reelection to the Senate and lost to a virtually unknown Democrat. After six years in the Senate representing the RINO wing of the national Republican Party, and not the people of North Carolina, even conservative Republican voters were fed up with having a faux Senator.

If the GOP is serious about keeping both NC Senate seats, the answer is to find a conservative North Carolina resident businessman like Ted Budd (our recently elected GOP Senator) to replace Tillis. Thune and McConnell should persuade Tillis to retire in 2026 to a corporate board seat or consulting position like our previous RINO Senator Richard Burr who Ted Budd replaced.

Roy Cooper is going to be hard for any Republican to beat in 2026. The GOP replacement for Tillis need to start campaigning now!

He’s a yellow dog now, so they can easily do it. He’s walked off the Dem plantation, so he’s a bad boy

**No on Kemp and Sununu. RINOs.**

Ossoff will beat any other republican-u prefer Raffesberger?
Sununu would get over Trump. JD would be more tolerable to him when Trump leaves.

These 2 guys in the senate would make Murkowski the 55th/56th republican. We’d have more flexibility.

There’s more. I think her wrath is directed more at the democrats, none of which she specified who are up in ‘26. Think Ossoff.

Then there are the force-outs(old age) they’ll have to defend. Call-it-a-careertypes. Think Durbin(age 82 in ‘26),Markey(80),Shaheen(78),Reed(77),Hickenlooper(74). The ‘young’ ones will be Coons(63-folically challenged),Tina Smith(68).

These entrenched ‘incumbents’ will feel the heat. It would be up to the GOP to succeed while treating the minority party with contempt. Force them out. Think Peters in Mich.
