Armstrong was railroaded like President Trump in the New York court system, why? …they wanted his Socrates computer forecasting codes.

His case made it to the Supreme Court and he was released.

Armstrong usually posts his own fake questions and answers them. In this case, he does not even have that "QUESTION:" part.

Wrong. It's a lie.

Armstrong lost 700 million stolen from investors. He lost them making bad trades based on his "Socrates" computer. Armstrong thought it could forecast prices but it failed. Why would anyone want that bad program that he used to lose millions?

More informative as to the contempt issue, but not explaining how allegedly $700 million got lost in a Ponzi scheme:

This is the charging document in the $700 million case:

No tears for Armstrong, por favor.

“Armstrong started Armstrong Economics in 2007 while he was still in prison. Inspired by letters he was receiving, Armstrong began producing research reports. He relied mainly on the Financial Times for information.”

You mean that TxGator and Moneyback? They won’t comment on this article as it blows their “Armstrong bad” theory.

Don’t worry, they will be back….like a dog returning to it’s vomit.

“Armstrong was railroaded like President Trump in the New York court system, why? …they wanted his Socrates computer forecasting codes.”

LOLA! He pleaded guilty and the bank involved had to pay $600,000,000 in restitutions.

“His case made it to the Supreme Court and he was released.”

Flat out lie. His case never made it to the Supreme Court. He was released from his contempt holding when he was convicted on securities fraud charges to beginserving that sentence. He served the full term of that sentence.

“The reason there was no published order was that they wanted the computer code.”

LOL! That code led to him filing bankruptcy three times and landed him in jail for eleven years after he lost $700,000,000 of his clients’ funds in losing trades.

“Then the bank pleaded guilty and returned all the money to my clients, “

You, Armstrong, pleaded guilty because you left a paper trail a mile long proving your guilt.

Co-mingled accounts, fake documents, securities violations.

The bank didn’t “return” the money, they made restitution.

You lost the money through losing trades.

ROTFLMAO! Moneyback posted #3.

Your post is nothing more than lies posted many times before. Each lie has been refuted times over in the past and again today.

I am still looking for a certain video. I am curious because Armstrong usually wears a tie but in this case he is not.

Even Armstrong’s lawyer admits Armstrong is a loser!

“Armstrong’s lawyer attributed the financial losses to incompetence, inattentiveness and “foolish attempts” to repair whatever damage had been done to the business”

What? You were ordered to pay the clients $80,000,000 in restitution.

Guess who sided with Armstrong!

“Sonia Sotomayor, a judge on the Second Circuit panel that heard Mr. Armstrong’s appeal last year, seemed to echo this point. “The district court’s finding that Armstrong is motivated solely by greed is not enough to justify disregard for due process,” she wrote. “Courts must exercise caution in their use of the contempt power and must recognize when it has reached the limits of its utility.”

You should have seen the epic gaslighting and trolling by the Gator over his boy Abel Reyna and the Waco motorcycle hostages.

After the Gator permanently lost all his credibility on FR over the FR Twin Peaks Waco wars, he refused to slink away like any normal human would.

I think what it is, is that he’s some old guy who doesn’t have anything better to do than troll Free Republic.

His pattern is to get all wound up over some trifling issue, then go out in a blaze of foaming stupidity. He gets a week or two off FR, then begs his way back on.

I think this MoneyBags character is an alter ego, because TG can’t stand to be away from FR for more than a day or so.
