“ IOW, nobody knows for sure, what is flowing where, and when, in the majority of cases.”

And THAT should be a major worry of the Trump administration. Before they left office how many accounts did the Biden SABOTEURS set up and FULLY FUND from which Ukraine can, ON ITS OWN VOLITION, draw against?

I’m sure the competent Trump staff is searching out any such accounts.

Wondering why Israel and Egypt are special.

Camp David Accords, Obama prevented from installing Muslim Brotherhood/al Qaeda in Egyptian Government, Suez Canal remains open to US.

Excellent, Screw Ukraine, Zelensky and Zeepers!

Zelensky is on record saying that according to the Pentagon, military aid is not interrupted. But Zelensky and his Kyiv Post are the only ones saying that.

I've searched Department of Defense and State Department (no press relevant statements on Ukraine or foreign aid), and MSM. Some of the MSM websites host Kyiv Post's article without indicating at the top of the text that it's from Kyiv. I only caught that Yahoo's article claiming defense funding is not paused was actually a Kyiv Post article because the footer of the article had a link 'for more' back to the Kyiv Post, and/or I recognized the last name of the American Journalist working in Kyiv (Katie Livingstone). Otherwise, the rest of the article looked like Yahoo. Same with another MSM website.

So there's no news supporting Zelensky's claim Ukraine is still receiving defense aid on CNN, Drudge, and some American outlets are hosting Kyiv content as if it's their own. I guess Zelensky might be afraid of his people if they find out all aid is halted?

Note the Kyiv Post article containing Zelensky's apparent propaganda content primarily focuses on the cut to humanitarian aid. I do pity the people of Ukraine whom Zelensky will subject to trial and ordeal without hesitation. I mean, the heat's on in the Zelensky compound.

I understand the inaccuracies of the competing Western MSM news stories manipulations, making readers unsure of the exact policies that are being implemented.

Still, I'm all in on Screw Ukraine.

I have less sympathy than others, as I believe Ukrainians have serious responsibility for Azov Nazis and HomoGlobalists like Zelensky acquiring power in Ukraine.

I hope all the foreign aid is stopped. It’s mostly pilfered, and kickbacks go to the commie Democrats.

We probably should note that Trump ordered US Troops out of Syria in 2018, too. Of course they never left and are still there.

Trump orders US troops to leave Syria as White House declares victory over ISIS

Back then surrounded by traitors and liars who would have impeded every attempt with 'warnings' and fake intel. THey would have fed information to our enemies who would make moves to make it seem like the security threats were real.

2. (U) Across the United States government, it is currently impossible to access sufficient information in one place to determine whether the foreign assistance policies and interests supported by appropriations are not duplicated, are effective,, and are consistent with President Trump's foreign policy. The Department needs a centralized repository from which senior Department, USAID officials, Ambassadors, missions and others can draw sufficiently detailed information from which the Secretary can make judgments. Further guidance regarding a new or updated repository and mandatory bureau submissions to it will be forthcoming.

ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN

3. (U) Within thirty (30) days, the Director of the Policy Planning Staff (S/P) or its designate shall develop appropriate review standards and collaborate with the Director of the Office of Foreign Assistance (F), the Office of Budget and Planning (BP), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and/or other departments and agencies as appropriate to ensure that all foreign assistance is aligned with President Trump's foreign policy agenda and that data regarding all foreign assistance spending in the future is aggregated and inputted into a comprehensive Department repository.

4. (U) Within eighty-five (85) days of this ALDAC, the government-wide comprehensive review of all foreign assistance shall be completed, and a report shall be produced to the Secretary of State for his consideration and recommendation to the President.

5. (U) In keeping with one voice of American foreign policy, the United States government, through any department, agency or entity, shall not provide foreign assistance funded by or through the Department of USAID without the Secretary of State's authorization or the authorization of his designee.

For existing foreign assistance awards, contracting officers and grant officers shall immediately issue stop-work orders, consistent with the terms of the relevant award, until such time as the Secretary shall determine, following a review. Decisions whether to continue, modify, or terminate programs will be made following this review.

8. (U) Effective immediately, pending a review of foreign assistance programs: no new requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for application (RFAs), notices of funding opportunities (NOFOs), or any other kind of solicitation or request for foreign assistance funding shall be published or processed by the Department, USAID, or other agencies implementing programs funded by the Department of USAID until ;each has been reviewed and approved by F as consistent with the President's policy, no further technical evaluation committees shall be convened; and there shall be no further funding obligated to awards and contracts or indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts.

9. (U) Effective immediately, I am suspending the review process for proposals for new foreign assistance grants, subgrants, contracts, or subcontracts. No new funds shall be obligated for new awards or extensions of existing awards until each proposed new award or extension has been reviewed and approved by F as consistent with the President Trump's agenda.

10. (U) Within (30) days of the issuance of the review standards in paragraph 4, every Bureau, agency office and entity providing any type of foreign assistance shall produce to F for review a list of all active, pending, or proposed grants, subcontracts, contracts, or subcontracts, and provide a clear and concise statement explaining if and how the current proposed use of obligated funds advances President Trump's policy.

11. (U) The spokesperson will also release a public statement to this effect.

12. (U) The Secretary of State has approved waivers of the pause under the Executive Order and this ALDAC, subject to further review, with respect to:

(a) foreign military financing for Israel and Egypt and administrative expenses, including salaries, necessary to administer foreign military financing.

(b) emergency food assistance and administrative expenses, including salaries, necessary to administer such assistance.

(c) on a temporary basis, salaries and related administrative expenses, including travel, for U.S. direct hire employees, personal services contractors, and locally employed staff;

(d) legitimate expenses; incurred prior to the date of this ALDAC under existing awards or legitimate expenses associated with stop-work orders; and

“Neither does a damn thing for America - except raid our treasury and make us lots of enemies.”

Garbage. The people you are so concerned about are already our enemies. Cutting aid to Israel won’t change that. They hate us no matter what.

Here is a news report from three hours ago.

"European diplomats tell CBS News that while Rubio's order does not affect military aid or direct aid to foreign governments, it does impact civilian aid programs for most countries including Ukraine — from NGOs and human rights groups, to vaccinations and other health programs. It also impacts USAID projects and the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief — known as PEPFAR — which could interrupt the provision of antiviral medications (ARVs) for millions of HIV patients."

"President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed Saturday that the U.S. had not halted military aid to Ukraine."

Military aid to Ukraine is not halted, nor is military aid to Taiwan, although aid to Taiwan is mostly sales anyway.

CBS News and 'European diplomats' (anonymous sources) are not reliable - they have lied constantly throughout the war in Ukraine, not to mention our media's lies about Trump.  Don't get me started on the Liar In Chief, Zelensky - little of what he says is true. So until I find a good source, Israel and Egypt are the only ones getting support.
