No issues whatsoever with my 2019 Toyota Highlander....previously went with Honda Accords, but quality went south, and switched to a Toyota Avalon, in 2014. OUTSTANDING reliability in all of the Toyota’s.

Toyota is currently recalling 100,000 vehicles for engine failure due to metal shavings internal to the motors.

Maybe that’s why?

Yeah. I can’t trust CVT on anything bigger than a snowmobile.

Apparently, reliability is not a factor in this list.

Toyota flushed their reliability down the toilet with their new engines.

Glad I bought one of the last Tundras with a big V-8. That engine was made for ages and is great.

I’ve heard that as well. Unfortunately, the new 4Runners have the “improved” engine. When i die I want to be buried in my 2006 4Runner …. or shot out of a cannon.

Do you know when the last year for manufacture of the Tundra with v=8s was?

Without including reliability in the evaluation, it’s not very useful.
