This reminds me of "beloved" San Francisco KRON-TV anchor Pete Wilson and his long-time co-anchor Suzanne Saunders-Shaw.
Back in 2007, Wilson planning to have back surgery over a weekend and told Shaw that he was having a bad feeling about it. Come Monday evening, Shaw told viewers that Wilson suffered a heart attack on the operating table and died.
