Yes. Got the joke. I was there but as far as I know I didn’t get sprayed.
Was part of the cloud seeding project over the Ho Chi Mein trail. 111 missions. Only on a few days was it visually effective in developing thunderstorms. Some days it was even counterproductive. Of course all assessments were subjective. The project was not as successful, if at all, as what I’ve read in articles since it was declassified. And that pisses me off. Similar stories are popping up all over the world implying that all you got to do is throw some crap in the air with an airplane or shoot a laser into a cloud and it gets magical results. Sure people are trying this all over the world. Charlatans have fleeced desperate customers since the late 40s when the physics of mid latitude rain formation became generally accepted. Dubai would be a good example. Lots of money. It’s a desert, let’s make it rain. They get less than 4” of rain per year. So there’s little opportunity to find optimum seeding conditions but you can bet the contractor is out there every time they see a cloud. That’s what we did in SEA. Then they got too lucky one day and got a deluge. Good for business but bad for Dubai. I wonder how many times the seeding actually stopped formation. You won’t here about that. Trouble is there is no way to tell if it wouldn’t have happened naturally if no seeding.
You mock me about the CIA comment but I stand by it. I was assigned to work with them three times, the SEA thing being one of them. I was naive then believing everything (some were) they did is the right thing, but now I know their mission is to stay in power and one way to do that is to insert the thought into the public that we are all powerful and can squash you like a bug. Similar to the “imbedded instigators” of Jan 6, imbedding comments of hurricane modification (by the mysterious THEY did this) spread quickly on social media when real tragedy struck such as in NC. Goerbels would be in awe of today’s propaganda.
Well, it’s obvious you know far more about this that I do.
“You mock me about the CIA comment”
Nope, just commenting on the irony of believing one conspiracy vs. another. I suspect as you do about them, although I think they would try anything. Whether effective or not is another discussion. They’d probably shoot lasers at clouds just to see what it would do - hell, we’re paying the bill.
I suspect that entities are spraying things into the atmosphere, probably at many different levels depending on what they think they are trying to do. I suspect it is kept quiet because the public would not approve. Consider how people feel about smoking and masks to keep viruses out.
I also think it is going to be discovered sometime soon. We’ll see what the scope was/is. Maybe it turns out all it ever was was cloud seeding efforts.
The label of conspiracy theorist is the mother of all propaganda jobs. As I say here all the time, “conspiracy theory” is just critical thinking. Some are better at it than others. For example, some see crop circles and think aliens, others think college kids with too much free time. But no govt. wants their citizens critically thinking about anything.
“The project was not as successful...”
That is very interesting...
Like a stopped clock, even a good friend is right twice each day.
I don't know the purpose of these chemtrails, but after COVID, and in light of the current border invasion, I can't imagine they are intended for anything other than doing harm to US citizens.
