I’m not a cheese snob other than I like quite a variety. I remember the first time I had Gouda and Havarti on a cheese tray with Ritz crackers. I thought I had died and gone to Heaven!

There are some cheeses I don’t like and have never developed a taste for: bleu cheese, Roquefort, and goat cheese. They are all too stinky for my nose. I know others will disagree. My husband is one of them.

I like Cracker Barrel (not the restaurant) brand extra sharp Cheddar. Delicious.

In a town near my family’s farm is Cuba Cheese that makes the best extra sharp white Cheddar.
