could enter Red China and even owned private property in China.

All land in China is owned by the CCP - they will lease it out for 70 years, but it then reverts to Party ownership.

The military uses his satellites and now Boeing needs his SpaceX to save their astronauts

Not to mention that SpaceX does 85% of all launches worldwide.

Stupidity. Like Monkeyshine said, he started a company called Broadcast.com that webcast sports and the Victoria's Secret runway show. Made a bundle (he figured out sex and sports were popular). Bubble hit, and he sold Broadcast.com to Yahoo because Yahoo was just plain stupid. Anyway, that's pretty much it.

For as long as I've heard the idiot talk he's been a leftist, voting against Jewish interests every chance he gets. As someone said up-thread, he's 100% for Mark Cuban and doesn't care about anything or anyone else.

according to wiki, made millions as a software reseller. Then he bought into “Broadcast.com” which was supposed to replace terrestrial radio and television or something. The yahoos at Yahoo! bought it for $6 billion and then watched YouTube take over the entire space. Thru thought domain names mattered more than the product? Pets.com, Toys.com etc.

Google and YouTube ate Yahoo’s lunch. And to think Yahoo could have bought Google for just $1 million. Search engine (Google) vs directory service (Yahoo), well we know who won and which was the better idea. Directories are cumbersome.

We’ll see next who wins the AI. Google now puts their own AI answers atop search pages. But there are some really great alternatives. And Musk is pushing Grok which he admits is a little behind but he believes will catch up (and I think he’s got a great idea to distribute energy and computing power to Tesla cars which have batteries and powerful computers onboard). He doesn’t need to buy a nuclear plant like Microsoft did, he’ll just use parked Teslas to crunch data. And X is a pretty big platform for market penetration. Not as wide as Google though. Still, lots of players in that field each with their own ideas. Meta is crap though.

One view is he got lucky by selling broadcast.com for billions when ultimately it would be worthless. Another view is that it is extremely shrewd to sell at a high price.

He had to take the deal. He couldn’t make it huge like Yahoo could have (but failed). And yeah it had some buzz and Yahoo paid in stock so it didn’t really cost them much - just their own paper. (Cuban hedged his stock too, so didn’t lose if/when Yahoo stock fell apart).

But as MR said, there may be more to the story. These tech finance people are very influential. Not just politics but also with selling great deals for their benefit.

Cavuto belongs on MSNBC, where his fellow travelers reside.

He wishes he were Trump. The envy is Clinton level.

No, Cuban isn’t compromised. He simply likes traveling in circles that require you to show fealty to the Democrat party.

Cuban is the D-Bag that hired Dan Rather after he was caught forging documents about George Bush’s stint in the military.
