The main point here: Spurious correlation. Someone has taken the time to find correlations where no physical connection exists. Such spurious correlations can be used to “prove” any number of “related” events. For example, drownings in swimming pools correlate to the release of Nicholas Cage movies. These are totally unrelated, but the correlation exists.

In order for an event to be causative of another event, there must be a physical mechanism connecting the two. And here, there simply isn’t.

Plus, I notice that this is posted by ransomnote, who has been diligently posting antivax propaganda for several years now. He (?) is not a credible scientific source.

ransomnote: That 'someone' you are refering to are the researchers at the CDC who decided what information to collect and analyze, and that there was a reason this research was worthwhile (time/money). Then the CDC realized how bad it would be if the public found out about this hideous information, so they hid it for 25 years.

exDemMom: Such spurious correlations can be used to “prove” any number of “related” events. For example, drownings in swimming pools correlate to the release of Nicholas Cage movies. These are totally unrelated, but the correlation exists.

ransomnote: This is the best you could come up with? Trying to say that a large study the CDC designed and then hid didn't mean anything in the first place?

Nicholas Cage? Why did it have to be Cage? Of all the worthless actors in Hollywood, you had to use Nicholas Cage!!!

exDemMom: In order for an event to be causative of another event, there must be a physical mechanism connecting the two. And here, there simply isn’t.

ransomnote:The CDC knows that the physical mechanism(s) are in the vaccines, that's why they deny any exist and refuse to put a dime into studies to expose them, and why they use their ability to silence dissent (stripping credentials, firing, taking lab access away, discrediting). However, honest medical researchers and doctors are indeed documenting and studying.

The CDC 1999 data, and related analysis of foreign medical data was, for once, valid and a normal means of measuring the impact of its vaccine program on the public. And the results are ghastly.

exDemMom:  Plus, I notice that this is posted by ransomnote, who has been diligently posting antivax propaganda for several years now. He (?) is not a credible scientific source.

ransomnote:I don't see anyone lining up to take instruction from you as to what is, and is not, valid information. You're just as anonymous as I am, and while your responses are notably pompous and verbose, they ultimately rely on portraying everyone else as less intelligent then you are.

I've been posting about the Covid 'vaccines' (gene therapy) for a few years now and my assertions and posts have turned out to be far more accurate, sadly, than those by people who label me 'anti vax'.

I am qualified to post the results of researchers, physicians, or in this case, FOIA documents and CDC data. As an anonymous poster yourself, your objections to my supposed lack of qualifications are meaningless. I've spent the last few years proving  pharma shills wrong. Most of the pharma shills fled; a few, like you, remain to name call, bite at heels and deny the truth as it is exposed.

In the early 20th century there was a thriving medical system in which doctors used traditional remedies including herbs and other drugs, often compounded by pharmacies. They had much success; although not perfect (for instance, juvenile diabetes, my mother’s younger sister died of it at age 11). Then the AMA was formed, required more medical training and certifying which was directed by the AMA, and banned the traditional methods and usages of the old doctors. Things when quickly downhill from there. Now doctors just follow whatever “the book” tells them to. It’s a rare doctor that thinks for himself, researches, and finds the best treatment or cure.

THe medical/pharmaceutical industrial complex makes money from “treating” people, not curing or healing them. Keep them alive for the cash flow, but never cure or heal. And how many RXs have horrible side effects? How many iatrogenic deaths in the US? Massive! I became an herbalist years ago and I’ve seen amazing cures with simple herbs and sometimes a few other measures.

Here’s a thread I started in 2019, I need to post on it more often, I post things I know or find, and welcome others’ experiences and knowledge.

Many FReepers have knowledge to share about improving and maintaining health and would like to share it and learn from others; and others may not know much yet but want to learn. Some of us don’t have much money for good insurance or doctors, some want to try other methods besides prescription meds, and some have experience in treating and solving health problems.

More and more “regular” doctors have accepted treatment methods such as the benefits of acupuncture, massage for many conditions, better diet, use of herbs and so on. There are limits, and often side effects, to some standard medical efforts.

My field is Ayurvedic herbalism and related measures, and have a lot of information I can post when I have time. I have seen herbs and sometimes dietary changes help people (including myself) with issues such as rheumatoid arthritis, high BP, gallstones, kidneystones, repeated boils, UTIs, prostate problems, insomnia, allergies, urinary incontinence, and many more. I hope to learn a lot from others with their knowledge and experience.

There are many “old fashioned” home care methods that were in common use a few generations ago that actually work and are cheap, such as castor oil packs, fomentations using alternating hot and cold water, and the like, which are easy to do. I am sure there is a lot of knowledge here on Free Republic that can be shared.

Thank you. The pharma shill needs to be exposed every time it pops its head up.

And my health situation has not improved much, if at all.

Still can’t eat most stuff. Still react.

I did find some measure of dealing with it on a mental/emotional level through this brain retraining program. They do claim success in dealing with long term and chronic conditions.

re-origin - https://www.re-origin.com/

What it seems is that the brain has a tremendous capacity to control bodily functions, more than you would imagine. And the program helps teach you how to destress and calm the nervous system.

One of the co-founders has a very powerful testimony about it and how he developed the program and has a LOT of you tube videos on the topic.

For anyone who wishes to join the program, it is VERY reasonably priced. It’s about $500/ year which includes a weekly series of 12 zoom call support sessions to help work your way through the program.

Considering the cost of other things I have checked out, this is a real bargain. most naturopaths want all the money up front and are are in the $10,000 range. Yup 10K with no guarantee of results. Up front.

I wouldn’t object so much to a pay as you go, but to put that kind of money up front and then still have to pay for tests and supplements on top of that. NO.

It sounds like as much as scam as current medical practices.

Very sorry to hear of this. Did you ever try the herb coleus? I read it helps with your particular issue. Let me do a quick search and see if there’s anything online. If this could help you, would be so fantastic.

I found great info, what I’ve read in my books more or less:

https://search.brave.com/search?q=coleus+mast+cells&source=web&summary=1&summary_og=65ac8f0774169337dbdd57

Coleus and Mast Cell Interaction
Coleus mast cells refer to the mast cells that are affected by the Coleus aromaticus plant, specifically its leaf extracts. Research suggests that these extracts possess mast cell-stabilizing properties, which can help regulate the activity of mast cells.

Mast Cell Characteristics

Mast cells are mononuclear cells containing small secretory granules, often dense enough to obscure the nucleus. They play a crucial role in the inflammatory response, releasing various inflammatory mediators in response to antigens, including allergens, pathogens, and physiological mediators.

Abnormal Mast Cells in Mastocytosis

In mastocytosis, abnormal mast cells multiply uncontrollably, affecting skin and internal organs. This rare disease occurs when mast cells mutate and become overactive, leading to a continuous allergic response. Cutaneous mastocytosis, a type of mastocytosis, typically affects infants and toddlers, causing itchy sores on the skin.

Coleus Aromaticus and Mast Cell Stabilization

The leaf extracts of Coleus aromaticus have been shown to stabilize mast cells, potentially regulating their activity and reducing inflammation. This property may be beneficial in addressing mastocytosis symptoms or other conditions characterized by excessive mast cell activation.

Origin and Maturation of Mast Cells

Mast cells originate from pluripotent progenitor cells in the bone marrow and mature under the influence of c-kit ligand and stem cell factor, along with other growth factors provided by the tissue microenvironment.

In summary, Coleus mast cells refer to the mast cells affected by Coleus aromaticus leaf extracts, which exhibit mast cell-stabilizing properties. Understanding the characteristics of mast cells, including their role in inflammation and abnormal behavior in mastocytosis, provides context for the potential therapeutic applications of Coleus aromaticus extracts.

MCAD could be a factor but I’m not sure how much. The symptoms I display aren’t exactly typical for it, but then again, I don’t even know if there is a typical.

I haven’t yet. I remember now that you recommended it before.

I think the thing I ran into was finding somewhere in this area that sells high quality herbal supplements and you’d think in an area like the NE, it wouldn’t be hard. Especially with VT next to us.

I get a lot of herbs etc on Amazon, there are some reputable suppliers. Let me check. I don’t know which would be more effective; the powder or liquid extract. I’m inclined to the liquid but I am not knowledgeable about this herb. Maybe check reviews? although seems mostly geared towards heart health benefits. A lot of herbs have multiple uses!

I have used products from both these companies before.

It would depend on the carrier for the liquid.

In my case, the powder might be better.

Quercetin is a mast cell stabilizer as well, and I was taking that for a while, but started reacting to it. It’s been a while since I took it last, so maybe I can tolerate it now.

Luteolin is the same. I actually took that for longer than the quercetin but started reacting to that, too.

But again, try again. Maybe rotating through them would work.

I have found a vitamin D supplement I can take.

It’s this......

Biotics Research
Bio-D Mulsion Forte
https://shop.bioticsresearch.com/products/bio-d-mulsion-forte

And I can tolerate a drop, it’s such a small amount.
