Aren't all drone strikes "kamikazes"?
Or none of them are because they don't have pilots to commit suicide in the effort?

No rudder eh ... so this is the old Nazi V3. Pretty lucky to hit the ammo dump if it is just a random shot

“Kamikaze” — those drone pilots gave their lives for Mother Ukraine. Brave, brave pilots.

Aren't all drone strikes "kamikazes"? "Attack drones" is a more suitable description.
Calling them "Kamikazes" is a an emotional-laden term intended to manipulate the reader. After all, the Kamikazes were a last-ditch effort by Japan to hold off the American navy - and they did not work for that purpose. So, "Kamikaze drones" are for losers, right? No need to worry about them.
"Attack drones" work very well for the side that uses them. So both sides use them in the Ukraine. It is a new development in warfare which changes everything about how troops and vehicles must be used.
We had better learn from the unfortunate experiences of others and catch up our capabilities really fast. Our current levels of DEI generals are not capable of doing that.

Ukraine used a Neptun missile, too.

Russians just closed the Kerch bridge right now. Warning that Ukrainian jet drones have been launched against Crimea. Russians in Crimea are so jumpy these days.

I personally know one DEI brigadier general in the US Army who has no interest or curiosity about what's happening in Ukraine. That's not why she was selected for the rank and position. The average FReeper knows more about the war in Ukraine than this one-star general.

Now would be a good time for the Ukes to pack up and sprint back to their own border, leaving the Russians to process their options.
