A woman who wants women in sports to be women and not men... How shameful.

My wife purchased a stamp earlier today...a flag background behind the word ‘FREEDOM’...we both had a good laugh.

RE: How come you don’t know who said give me Liberty or give me death?
Give me liberty, or give me death!” Patrick Henry delivering his great speech on the rights of the colonies, before the Virginia Assembly, convened at Richmond, March 23rd 1775, concluding with the above sentiment, which became the war cry of the revolution.

I have read three biographies of Paine. A documentary dvd about him has the Paine society expert in Virginia saying it may not have been word for word but all present agree he made an impassioned statement of that sentiment.

Her husband was a failure at football. I half-read the article initially. When I saw your post, I didn't think much of it. So her husband was some marginal NFL player who had a short, uninspiring career - that's probably 95% of the players in the history of the NFL.
Then I saw her last name alone instead of with the first name, and it hit me who her husband is. I hated it at the time when my Vikings drafted him #12 overall, and he didn't do anything to help change my mind.
I did see he is from Grapevine, TX - one of my sons lives there. She graduated from Liberty - I did too. All these years later and suddenly I don't dislike him anymore. But his NFL career was short and uninspiring.
