Because the right for women to vote is not going anywhere.
Efforts would be better spent on finding solutions that have a chance at actually being implemented rather than whining about how the "19th Amendment ruined this country!"
It comes across as so weak and pathetic.
40% of males vote Rat
40% of women vote for liberty
The male dominated ownership of the MSM convinces women to be brides of the state.
The women in my life vote for liberty. I’d rather deal with the 40% of traitorous males that vote Rat and exploit women.
Sorry. But because of your lady parts, you will have to sacrifice your right to vote.
It’s a shame, but men know what’s best for you.
You can trust us and we can trust you to make us a sandwich.

Okay, say what you are claiming is true. What do you suggest be done about it? It’s not an easy process to reverse a constitutional amendment. If you put a popular vote out now, would A majority of men vote to take the vote away from women?
The ones who aren’t married (and some who are but don’t want to be) and act as if the gov’t is their husband are not much better than whores. They just want money and will vote for as much as they can get. To them, it’s easier and makes them feel as if they have more freedom than having a man who supplies the $$$ because the man would make demands—not so much with the government. Barely any thought to how that behavior affects the economy, society and civilization. Before anyone attacks…there are men who think and act like this, too, but they are greatly outnumbered by the women who do, and can vote, which is why we are in this situation.
Women shouldn’t even be permitted out of the house.
And those that are unable to be house wives, should be sheltered in the church.
Absolutely
Let’s be honest. You’re annoying. Prove me wrong.
And they should be covered from head to toe so as not to tempt the men folk and all that.
I agree. That and we should only allow people that own property to vote.
Non-property owners work and pay taxes. They have a stake even if they don't "own" property. Their time and sweat is their property, too.
For a country born largely of resistance to taxation, we certainly have lost our way.
"He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance." -- Declaration of Independence
I would agree with the overall view that “women voters” are not the problem.
It is not a hard and fast rule that applies more to individuals than to the block of women as a whole, but it is un-married, single women (who may be childless too) that I see as more of an issue. And it is hard to argue they don’t present a voting block hostile to conservative values, and the principles of Constitution are threatened by them.
I understand why the concept that only property owners should be allowed the vote is considered to be an elitist viewpoint, but there is something to consider there.
The reason being is that people who may not be invested financially may, as a corollary, not be as invested in understanding various issues because they don’t pertain to them.
They don’t have any “skin-in-the-game” from the perspective of legislation affecting the fundamental workings in the economy and elsewhere, and benefit more from greater government spending.
Single women love Mr Government - the Perfect Man. He has unlimited wealth and never leaves the toilet seat up. If they marry, it all changes.
As a woman, I agree.
The 17th ammendment gave up so much power to the federal government. Why did they allow that? Was it ignorance? It was very destructive to our nation.
There was not a universal right to vote when the colonies were first established. Not all men were allowed to vote. There were what was called 'freemen" and that title did not refer to slavery. Freemen were landowners who were considered good productive citizens. They were allowed to vote.
Now we have non-citizens voting. And we are giving $$$$$$ to non-citizens and non-productive people who live off of government money and the black market. We get what we vote for - and what the politicians decide to give us when they manipulate the votes.
And any government employee, should not be entitled to vote.
To put it another way, we’re all suffering from women’s suffrage.
Which is probably why liberals seem to hate marriage.
The 19th Amendment was clearly a drunken attempt to get laid
