the national language of Venezuela is Spanish, for those who speak other dialects, Spanish is their second language.

Chicago is 30% hispanic/latino. Chicago PD demographics are at least 25% hispanic/latino. It is reasonable to assume, therefore, that at least some hispanic/latinos staff the intake desk.

It’s also reasonable to assume that any physical evidence of ‘beatings’ would be photographed along with photographs of tattoos, etc. prior to an arrestee being placed in a holding cell.

Given that, it seems unreasonable to claim intake personnel failed to recognize a non-english speaker, or that miranda rights and release-notice to appear and return of property papers (the two documents that would require signatures at a PD) were not read out and printed in Spanish as well as in English.

ergo, the men trespassing on Home Depot property are lying dogs
