I’m hoping there is. As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution. And the new case will have to come up with grounds to first legalize abortion totally before the feds can ramrod it back into the Constitution again like further determining the forming of a human and their rights to an earlier stage possibly at conception. And the last court case when it was tossed after the 1972 ruling in 2022 will carry more weight than earlier.
