Spare Drone ? Did anyone else try a drone, either the PSP or Butler ?
“We could and probably should dig deeper into the record retention issue.”
What is the issue?
The SS bosses claim they did not make and/or retain records of comm communications of SS personnel at Butler in the critical period leading up to the assassination attempt.
I think they are lying—but cannot prove it...yet.

We were discussing drones?
I was fascinated by the record retention comment in the drones discussion.
It suggested that the record retention might apply to other SS activities outside of drones.
It is not proof—just a hint.
Thank you. I should have know that. I've lost touch over the years.
“DJI? Relying on expensive toys? The USG has a fleet of aircraft and operators that should be doing this work not some Made in China toys.”
The shooter used a “Made in China toy”.
They didn’t want to interfere with assassin drones
Not sure how how the kilobitespersecond equate to frequency response of a given instrument, but I can tell the difference in poor to excellent frequencies as they were recorded and mass transferred. For instance, 8-Track was a sad excuse for any master tape. Cassettes not much better with all the hiss. I don't understand the fascination with MP3. I can absolutely hear the loss of the upper frequencies, like in drums high hat. The ssisss and sizzle is dull. How do I know? I've been a drummer all my life and have a Roland top line electronic kit and play it frequently.
It wasn't until CD's came out and I thought okay, this is how a master recording is supposed to sound. Remember Dire Straights "Brothers in Arms" and how at the time it was consider the best studio recording and transfer to CD? It still sounds great if you like their music. The above is why so many bands are re-mixing their original recordings. The Stones have re-mixed their old song Out of Time. It's an amazingly different recording.
I have a small drone and it doesn’t use wifi or cellular.
He’s lying under oath.
Are they really trying to convince me that they need cellular service but couldn’t afford the biggest, baddest StingRay ever made. Every podunk sheriff and police department in the US has one.
Not only would this give them cell phone service, it would let them listen to all of the phones around the site.
DJI has established itself as the industry leader with products such as the DJI Mavic 2 Pro, considered the best available.
They use the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequencies independently of any wifi or cellular systems.

I watch many a youtube channels and they all seem to use a drone for the overhead shots. Maybe a youtuber can show the secret service how to use a drone...
My attempt at satire (WiFi being the 50’s HiFi on steroids) wasn’t meant for you to go all serious on me. But I do appreciate the lesson.
