I do not think it was AI. However, the contents of the speech were like a condensed version of the State of the Union.

To me it looked like a hostage speech given by someone under duress. I am surprised he did not hold up yesterdays version of the Washington Post.

We also watched it on Real America Voice. He was looking to the upper right reading the speech the whole time. Instead of looking at the camera.

My son had the Biden speech on mute in the backroom. What I noticed was Biden's coloring - he looked heavily made-up and was barely moving as he was speaking. Reminded me of the old animatronics from Disneyland's "Mr. Lincoln" and wondered if it were AI:
