Actually, much of it is MS fault.
They have had problems with their exception handler for 25 years.
An Exception Handler is a process that handles unexpected issues.
This is why the Intel Floating Point flaw was such a problem. It NEVER set the the Exception Handler flag when the processer wanted to do a device by zero.

An operating system should NEVER simply die if something unexpected happens.

or that crowdstrikes DEI was resposible. I think crowdstrike may be done as a company. I saw MS had a comment when they were blaming windows and talking about the number of computers that run MS and they said” this isn’t a Microsoft saturation problem but a crowdstrike saturation problem.”
