Until everyone sees the surveillance in the US, we are doomed. What you are looking at is a sophisticated intelligence operation. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Nobody is electing anyone this thing does not want. You are going to have to out the surveillance, and get the intel op dealt with first.
And those migrants are not about getting cheap workers for the elites. They have drawn in a massive force of the CIA ground surveillance assets in all those countries. They are here to go operational, though what is planned is probably beyond what we would think is possible.

Some want to blame decriminalization for what happened in the cities that tried it, but it was NEVER decriminalized on the federal level, and they're the ones who are letting this happen.
