>And they had “standing.”<

To use the SCOTUS logic used in Murthy vs Missouri
that removed the injunction stopping government’s social media censorship, past harm is not an indicator of future harm. SMH

So, no. They would not have standing.

How can they possibly have that authority??????

That’s not the job of the judiciary.

How do the judges plan to get around; walk, bicycle, four legged animals, hot air balloon?

“How do the judges plan to get around; walk, bicycle, four legged animals, hot air balloon?”

o Walk, Okay
o bicycle, only without rubber (for tires); lubricants for bearings; or metals (requires coal or oil to process).
o four legged animals, Maybe if not producing methane.
o hot air balloon, how will you produce hot air for flight?

In the end tourists will have to walk or row across the Pacific O. in a dugout canoe to get there.

THEY PRODUCE VERY LITTLE OF THEIR OWN DAILY NEEDS.

The moon Titan has lakes of Methane.
Are we to believe they were formed from fossils?
