This once great nation is becoming very disgusting. Attached to my unit in Vietnam we had the 20th SOS (Air Force Special Operations Squadron). These men were very experienced and trusted by all of us. We also had Air Force FAC’s (Forward Air Controllers.) who were very highly experienced. These men lived in our camp with us. They knew us, and; we darn sure knew just how great they were at their jobs. One of our Air Force 20th SOS pilots earned the CMH rescuing a friend of mind in Cambodia in late 68. Not one Air Force or Special Forces man in our unit would have put up with any fag patch.

I remember flying F4s out of Osan in the late 80s. We’d get “Fuck Communism” embroidered on the inside of the collars of our flight suits, so it would only be seen when we turned the collar up preparing for flight.

Now? They probably make flight suits in rainbows...
