Of course. They have no fear of prosecution anymore, so why not. Our side could have nipped this crap in bud in 2001, but Bush Jr. instead chose to set a ‘new tone’ and thus the interference only increased...now to the point that literal Banana Republics have CLEANER ELECTIONS than the US.
