Keep an eye on local bike shops too. They get trade-ins that are sometimes worth considering.

Mr. Mercat just got back for a ten day bike ride. He doesn’t ride on bike trails, he’s always courteous and always yields to pedestrians. Not all bike riders are jerks but yes, a lot of them are.

It irks me how many people think golf carts on regular roads are safer than cars!! [first of all- illogical- car frame vs golf cart, etc]. I have been a worker’s compensation case manager for over 25 years- I have seen awful awful golf cart accident related injuries even when drivers have not necessarily been ‘reckless’. I especially worry when parents drive with small children and babies
