Viva Frei isn't known for being a loose cannon. Pay attention, especially to the latter half.

Thanks for posting this powerful message.

That’s a powerful message he’s sending. He’s got it nailed perfectly.

I strongly suggest people watch at least the second half.

Viva Frei is very intelligent and insightful about the law and he’s entertaining too.

His play by play coverage of Fat Fani’s court appearances re her lover/prosecutor Nathan Wade really dived deep into the significance of all the legal maneuvering that was going on.

There already an entire thread about this same topic on FR.

Before I buy into this story I want to know what Federal Agency is involved and under what pretense they claim to enforcing

We know Alex Jones has huge judgments filed against him based on the Sandy Hook lawsuits, you can certainly argue the lawsuits were bogus but the judgements still exist

Alex Jones could have significant tax liens filed against him they we don’t know about

all I’m saying is before everyone jumps on the idea of Alex Jones being shut down by the Feds at least find out the specifics first

Alex Jones gets a lot of things right but he does overdramatized things a lot

What I find unbelievable is that he does not know why. I’m sure he does and is just playing dumb for the hype. Again, no sympathy for him, he gets whatever he deserves.

David and his buddy Robert Barnes are about the only lawyers that I can put much belief in. They are both quite brilliant, and as far as I can tell, honest.

Like I said, I want to know more about the situation before I buy into it.

I think I read in the article that was posted that Alex Jones was sleeping at his business and he would call the local sheriff if he got raided.

If some Federal Agency wants him shutdown, sleeping at the business and calling the local sheriff will not slow down or stop them from proceeding.

Thank you for sharing this from Viva. I was watching Alex Jones earlier. Alex is definitely under assault.

Evidently the case is centered around Alex Jones and his companies being in Bankruptcy.

Two questions exist in this case, the first is judgements against Alex Jones and his companies based on the Sandy Hook lawsuits.

The second issue is what happens after bankruptcy is filed.

Viva Frei knows practically nothing about bankruptcy.

I am married to a Bankruptcy Attorney who was a Bankruptcy trustee who seized assets all the time from individuals and companies that filed for bankruptcy.

Seizing assets under bankruptcy is a common thing that happens every day in America.

A Federal Judge has already ruled that Alex Jones can’t use Bankruptcy proceedings to shield himself from paying the judgements from the Sandy Hook case. Here’s an article.

https://apnews.com/article/alex-jones-infowars-bankruptcy-6c9f816e7328120113e5cf2b1987200e

Once you file bankruptcy and a Trustee gets appointed, they basically assume control of your business and their job is to act in the best interest of the creditors, in this case the people who are owed money from the judgements.

Obviously, Alex Jones does not have money to fully pay off the judgements, however, if he has assets at all the Trustee can seize them and payoff a percentage of the debt.

In the first case, were the lawsuits and judgements against Alex Jones legit to begin with, NO. but Alex Jones regardless of the merits of the case still has judgements against him.

In the second case, Alex Jones and his companies are in bankruptcy, a Federal Judge has ruled Alex Jones can’t use bankruptcy to shield himself from paying the debts, a Trustee looks like they have been appointed, whose job is act in the best interest of the people who are owed money, in this case shutting down his business and seizing assets is a perfectly legitimate thing.

The other thing I would say about this case is that, Bankruptcy is not the end of the world, people all the time recover from Bankruptcy and start up new businesses and are successful.

My advice to Alex Jones is give up on this case, let his assets get seized, get the case resolved, once that happens, move on and start over again with all these nonsenses behind him.

Whatever money he’s spending on this case is going to be wasted, he’s lost, he’s finished, settle the case and then move on.

Unless Alex Jones has been really, really stupid in how he has financed his businesses, he won’t be left penniless and, in the streets, he still has name and can move on and recover.

Yep, correct...at some point in his Texas bankruptcy proceedings his lawyers proposed letting “Free Speech Systems, LLC”(”InfoWars”/”PrisonPlanet”) continue operations at their studios/properties to allow them some revenue to pay on the big judgement against him...the creditors voted to not accept this offer and to liquidate his assets:

https://news.bloomberglaw.com/bankruptcy-law/sandy-hook-families-vote-to-liquidate-alex-jones-bankrupt-estate

His “InfoWars” business was apparently only generating abut $358K in profit per year and I guess the creditors figured that wasn’t enough to wait on...(would take about 3,910 years to pay off the judgement at that rate).

Lots more documents from the Texas bankruptcy court here:

That’s what I thought, they’re two issues here.

The original lawsuits and judgements absolutely could be argued were illegitimate, that does not negate the fact that Alex Jones and his companies have huge judgements filed against him.

Once you go into Bankruptcy and a Trustee gets appointed, they assume control of your company and they represent the best interest of the creditors.

At this point, closing the business and seizing the assets is a perfectly legitimate legal maneuver.

Except that I know the law far better than you, Alex Jones has a future, he needs to settle this case and move on.

Remember Alex Jones voluntarily filed bankruptcy, once that happens, he has to accept the consequences of the law.

The original Connecticut trial/judgement might be considered “Lawfare”, but Alex J. filed for bankruptcy in Texas himself....you can’t “Lawfare” yourself.

They are using the bankruptcy to shut him up! Why do you not see this? I am not a follower of Alex, but I can see corruption!
