If DEI efforts are putting substandard minority doctors into the mix, then is it A safe bet that if a doctor does not fall into a DEI category nowadays, then chances are they had to work harder than normal to get where they are? In other words, a non-DEI doctor would be better than average because they’re held to a higher standard?
Why not just post the original Daily Mail article with its 900+ comments instead of these serial copycat sites?

Yes they do. I work with dozens of them. They saved my life on a number of occasions. In the ER I work in there’s at least half a dozen White, heterosexual male doctors, an equal number of White women, Asian doctors and Black doctors and nobody seems to give a rats hindleg about ‘’DEI’’ and everyone speaks English just fine.
They’re usually so damn busy they could care less.
It’s the damn patients! Jabbering Third World mutts you have to provide a translator machine for. And We The People are paying for it!
Trump needs to get back in office and close the damn border!
In the ER. my local supermarket, all over the damn place these mutts are taking over.
