Nepotism...................
My theory is some on the crew were out the night before plinking some rounds with firearms from the set.
For whatever reason, live rounds were never removed from that revolver. Just my theory.
If she gets mad re than Baldwin then it’s a travesty
Wow, I did not know she was that dumb. And that is a person given such a serious responsibility..... Definitely an accident waiting to happen.
“Thanks, but I find that quite horrific.”
Think! They have no way of knowing who is on the line. It could be a friend that the prisoner is wanting the friend to whack a witness.
Yep. But apparently nobody knows where the live rounds came from.............
Now do Baldwin.
July trial date......................
That would be very easy to handle. When you want to phone/contact your lawyer personnel from the jail set up the connection. And, yes, I have heard about corrupt lawyers, but how about “innocent until proven guilty”? (In this case the lawyer, not the convict waiting for sentencing.)
Its not all that uncommon for people already in jail to get jammed up because of what they said on a jail phone.
So much so they made a tv series out of it.

He's the one that pointed a gun at somebody and pulled the trigger. Even if he was 100% sure the gun was not loaded, you NEVER, EVER, point a real gun at anybody unless you intend to kill that person.
This is and always has been the #1 rule of gun safety.
I guess that shows us that most people languishing in jail are not master criminals.
;-)
I spent 5 years serving in my church’s prison ministry in many facilities and have spoken with many inmates.....lack of formal education seemed to be a common thread among a lot of them.
lack of formal education seemed to be a common thread
Not surprising. Whether it is the lack of education that is the cause or some inherent immaturity that makes the criminal unable to take advantage of formal education can always be discussed.
The education is there for the taking in these inner city schools. So many resources are poured into the system. If they applied themselves a little bit and slipped through school learning the basics, not even having to be an honor student, but get that diploma, with all of the affirmative action hiring programs out there they should have no problem becoming gainfully employed. The way is practically paved for them with our tax dollars and hiring programs for them to succeed.
But there is a thug mentality that permeates minority communities that looks down on anyone who tries to fit in to normal society. Schools in the inner cities aren’t allowed to foster an environment conducive to learning, not allowed to discipline and have control of the school environment, and the inmates run the asylum.
There are doors easily opened to minorities that are not for the remainder of society, but they just don’t want to walk through those doors. I suppose being told by media and government that you just aren’t good enough and need help makes them feel inferior, and they just don’t want to leave the plantation.
He ought to get some time, too.

There is. But it is a special request.
the tone of the judge’s voice when she ask her lawyer “Are you done?” i KNEW she was gonna get at least some time...
If Baldwin was rehearsing a scene in which he would be taking his own life through suicide with that pistol... I would wager he would have checked that pistol.
