So my advice to law enforcement is to aim only for the crazed onrushing killer’s sides of his lower legs and hit the hairs just above where the hair follicles emerge from the skin.

Why not do like in 1967-1968 when signs saying “SOUL BROTHER” or “THIS HOUSE IS NOT ARMED!” went up during riots. The “House not armed” signs did not last long.
