McAfee is one of Big Fani’s political supporters and a member of the Trump Lynch Mob. That’s how this goofy “justice” crap was decided. WHAT A JOKE!

I keep wondering how it would look in a movie with a Southern District Attorney who keeps a lot of cash in their house and takes thousands in cash on foreign trips and lives large carrying big cash in her purse for her somewhat glamorous and resort traveling private life.
Before this case, I would have thought a situation like that would trigger a state investigation.

I would have thought a situation like that would trigger a state investigation. So far, it has triggered:
- A federal investigation by Jim Jordan into whether Willis misused federal grant money for purposes not defined by the grant. So far, she has refused to comply with subpoenas.
- A Georgia state Senate investigation for the purposes of crafting tighter legislation around investigating and removing rogue prosecutors. This committee does not have authority to remove Willis, but they can complicate things for her by allowing testimony that was blocked in the judicial hearings.
What's not there are Georgia Bar hearings or Georgia Attorney General investigations, which can remove Willis.

Willis was the senior official, she knew full well what she was doing was wrong and still did it. Now the “little guy” pays the price and loses his job. She is rotten to the core.

It is the cash that interests me, I haven’t known professionals who shun credit cards and receipts and bank statements to live a life of untracked, unaccounted-for cash of unknown origins and uses, even carrying many 1000s of dollars with them out of the country.

Along those lines, Ashleigh Merchant revealed to the Georgia Senate committee that Wade was misusing his IOLTA account.
Interest on lawyer trust accounts (IOLTA) are where lawyers deposit customer retainer payments as unearned income. Until a lawyer itemizes a client bill and the client approves it, money in an IOLTA account cannot be touched. Once the client approves the bill, the lawyer can transfer that amount from the IOLTA into their business account as earned income.
The interest that is earned in IOLTAs are often donated to the state for charitable purposes.
Apparently, Wade used his IOLTA to park money from the DA's office in order to hide it from his partners (and possibly from his wife during their divorce proceedings) so he wouldn't have to split it with others.

I always wondered how a country goes communist/socialist.
I think we’re living it in real time.

Do you anticipate either or both of these two being looked into after this immediate issue settles down regarding their money practices?

I don't expect any agency with legal authority to do so. That doesn't mean that someone won't file a complaint that requires them to investigate, but that investigation will be pro forma and not result in anything.
The Georgia Senate committee has already called Ashleigh Merchant to testify, said that they heard from several whistleblowers, and stated that they might call other witnesses. However, they have no legal authority besides crafting future legislation.

That judge was appointed by Kemp and he is doing Kemps bidding. He will most likely lose his position and will need Kemp to appoint him to another.

We let thousands of Marxists in from Russia during the 1920’s. They infested the system. Red Diaper Babies.
